About the role
Upshifters is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for its clients. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, coordinating project delivery, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
- Identify and propose opportunities to expand and grow client accounts.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
- Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Good understanding of marketing workflows.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
