Account Manager, Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join noon’s fast‑growing team and drive the performance of our category in the Saudi Arabian market. You will build and nurture strategic partnerships, optimise pricing and inventory, and ensure an excellent customer experience across our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners.
• Drive end‑to‑end selection and category growth.
• Secure competitive buying prices to win on value.
• Onboard new partners onto the noon ecosystem and expand their marketplace presence.
• Build and shape the category from the ground up.
• Manage inventory and maintain content health.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience through strong merchandising and content.
• Track commercial KPIs and collaborate to maximise seller performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Provide weekly reports and updates to management on seller status.
• Own performance of a portfolio of stores and run root‑cause analyses for under‑performing stores.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in e‑commerce or on‑demand services preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, go‑getter spirit with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize independently.
