Account Manager – IT & AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to lead our IT and Artificial Intelligence solution portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with enterprise and government clients, helping them navigate digital transformation and achieve their technology objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities for IT, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers in collaboration with technical and presales teams.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
• Coordinate with solution architects, project managers and delivery teams to guarantee successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, gather customer feedback and track market trends to drive growth.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or account management, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales, solution selling and the Kingdom’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
