Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join Ninja’s Sales Department. In this role you will nurture relationships with our partner restaurants, ensuring they are satisfied and successful on the Ninja platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales Acquisition and Operations teams to facilitate partner onboarding and transition.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to drive engagement and sales.
• Cross‑sell Ninja products, monitor ROI and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to offer strategic insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer service or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
