Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will develop and grow relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for long‑term business growth within the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Understand customers' business objectives, supply chain needs, and growth strategies.
• Expand relationships beyond primary contacts to multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify and secure opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
• Lead business reviews and present value‑driven logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Service teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate account information and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Monitor account performance and recommend efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, account management or business development.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
