About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join Ninja’s Sales Department. You will be the main liaison for our partner restaurants, ensuring they achieve success on the Ninja platform through proactive support and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular performance check‑ins, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide timely support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues for partners.
- Collaborate with Sales Acquisition, Operations and other internal teams to streamline onboarding and transitions.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, develop action plans for improvement.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
- Cross‑sell NCR products and track return on investment for partners.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to offer strategic insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
