Account Manager – Western Arabia

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking an Account Manager to join its Western Arabia team in Riyadh. You will promote and sell Axis security and surveillance solutions by building and managing a network of strategic partners across various business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage strategic partners in the region.
• Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.
• Conduct partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars and events.
• Represent Axis at trade shows, seminars, academies and promotional activities.
• Provide training and support to partners on new tools and solutions.
• Set annual targets, monitor KPIs and report progress.
• Travel within the region and occasionally to the headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player with high ambition and initiative.
• Strong technical background, preferably in IT or security.
• Experience in indirect sales, ideally in a technical sales role.
• Proactive, able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Degree in Computer‑related field (or equivalent experience).
