Account Receivable Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Receivable Senior Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end receivables process, ensure accurate invoicing and support cash‑flow management. The role involves close interaction with customers and internal finance teams to maintain timely and compliant financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment queries and resolve invoice‑related issues.
• Record, verify and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Ensure receivables comply with contractual terms and company policies.
• Perform period‑end closing, post entries to the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor unapplied cash and maintain documentation for audit and compliance reporting.
• Support audit requirements and liaise with overseeing bodies.
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure appropriate expenditure controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
• Prior experience managing full‑cycle AR activities is preferred.
