Accountant – AP/AR/GL Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial operations, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities. The role supports monthly reporting, reconciliations and cash‑flow monitoring to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections and resolving vendor/client discrepancies.
• Maintain the General Ledger, prepare and post journal entries, and update financial schedules.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and inter‑company account schedules.
• Monitor accounting system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Support monthly closing procedures, including tax computations and returns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
