Accountant - Automotive Showroom

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring an Accountant for its Riyadh showroom and workshop. The role manages cash flow, invoicing and financial controls, supporting the Finance Business Partner with accurate financial reporting. It centres on collecting revenue, keeping accounts receivable up to date and complying with financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify cash, credit card and cheque payments against invoices and post them in SAP.
• Maintain the petty cash fund and review pending reimbursements and claims.
• Deposit all collected revenue in the bank and reconcile credit customer accounts.
• Monitor cheque clearances, bounced cheques and refunds, and keep a log of customer refunds.
• Track branch accounts receivable daily, weekly and monthly to collect overdue invoices.
• Maintain a list of credit facilities given to branch customers, including limits, periods and contacts.
• Record unaccounted credit accurately and perform parts invoicing on time.
• Keep documents for IHF deals and follow document processes so bank payments are accurate.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Experience with cash management and financial control.
• Organised, able to handle several tasks at once.
