Accountant – Financial Reporting & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with regulations. The role supports strategic decision‑making and helps maintain the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitor performance against budgets and report variances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, follow up overdue accounts and reconcile bank statements.
• Monitor and control costs, conduct cost analyses and recommend savings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, support internal and external audits and maintain internal controls.
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely wage distribution.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
