Accountant – FMCG Distribution (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team within a well‑established FMCG distribution company. The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payment records, and financial reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, process VAT‑related work, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities and prepare reports for management and audit purposes.
• Utilize ERP software and accounting systems efficiently, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
• Preferably Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, or Pakistani nationality.
• Experience in FMCG or distribution companies is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
