Accountant – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Accountant role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh offers an opportunity to support financial operations, ensure accurate accounting records, and maintain compliance with financial policies and regulations. The position focuses on financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting the organization’s financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, support accounts payable and receivable, and assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi ZATCA requirements, and internal accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Saudi ZATCA regulations.
