Accounting Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Our client, a leading retailer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the financial accounting function. The role will ensure accurate reporting, compliance with local regulations, and strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities and month‑end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, P&L reports and budgeting support.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain robust financial controls.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to improve processes and support business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar finance role.
• Retail industry experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Current work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Saudi taxation and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with month‑end closing, audits and financial controls.
