Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

Reef Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily collections, reconcile customer accounts, and support cash‑flow reporting. The role works closely with Finance, Sales and Operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Record all daily cash, electronic and bank‑transfer collections in the financial system promptly and accurately.
• Monitor customer balances, perform regular reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve them.
• Prepare periodic accounts‑receivable reports, analyze aging of debts and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with branches, operations and sales teams to address billing or collection issues and ensure proper documentation.
• Support month‑end closing by preparing collection schedules, reconciliation reports and bank‑deposit matching.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist in analytical reporting on cash collections and cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial operations.
