About the role
The Administrator oversees the planning, development, coordination, and direction of multiple administrative functions. This role ensures smooth daily operations, supports executive staff, and maintains an organized, well‑stocked office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day departmental activities and staff.
- Answer and redirect phone calls, providing information to callers.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering stationery as needed.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events such as meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to executives and senior leaders, including meeting preparation, teleconferences, minute taking, and distribution of action items.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Oversee new‑staff orientation, training resources, and policy/manual maintenance.
- Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and incident reporting in line with company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years overall work experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in GCC environments is a plus.
