Advisor – HR Consulting and Capability Building

About the role

The Advisor will support the growth of the Consulting and Capability Building practice by designing and leading projects in Learning and Development, leadership development, talent assessment, and HR process consulting. The role works closely with the sales team as a functional expert and represents the organization in thought‑leadership forums.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute client consulting projects with a focus on quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
• Manage HR capability‑building, talent assessment, and HR process consulting projects.
• Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external subject‑matter experts while maintaining end‑to‑end accountability.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in webinars, roundtables, and conference sessions.
• Support business development by providing functional expertise, contributing to proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the full range of products and services offered, including advisory solutions, memberships, certifications, conferences, marketing events, research, and academic solutions.

Required profile

• MBA with a specialization in HR.
• 10–15 years of experience in HR advisory.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of HR and related areas.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and reasoning skills.
• High energy, logical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
