About the role

The Affluent Banking Business Development Senior Specialist supports the bank's growth strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. This role focuses on shaping segment strategies, monitoring performance, and delivering innovative product ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and alignment of the Affluent Banking strategy and departmental objectives.
• Identify target customer segments and formulate tailored strategies.
• Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and generate product development concepts.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty, retention, and overall value proposition.
• Support NPS, customer surveys, mystery shopper activities, and CRM‑driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with communication, customer experience, and other divisions to create customized communication plans.
• Assess change impact on people, processes, and systems, and lead related communication efforts.
• Prepare accurate reports in line with Riyad Bank policies and represent the function in internal and external committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Very good command of English.
