AI & Data Delivery Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Delivery Expert to lead the end‑to‑end execution of AI and data initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI & Data projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, resource allocations, and execution strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and business stakeholders throughout the project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
• Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering technology projects, with a focus on AI, data analytics, data engineering, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑project environments.
