AI Product Manager

About the role

Masterworks is seeking a passionate AI Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of AI‑driven products. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet user needs and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI products, aligning with company objectives and user requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to translate requirements into actionable features.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on AI trends and competitive offerings.
• Manage the development process, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high quality.
• Communicate product updates and enhancements to stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, conducting usability testing to foster a user‑centric culture.
• Stay abreast of AI technology advancements and integrate them into product strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI products.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their real‑world applications.
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and user insights.
