AI Tools & Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Tools & Enablement Specialist to drive the adoption and operationalisation of AI solutions across our business and technology teams in Riyadh. You will act as the bridge between AI platforms and end‑users, ensuring that AI capabilities are effectively integrated into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Promote enterprise‑wide adoption of AI tools and platforms.
• Evaluate, configure, and implement AI solutions that meet organisational needs.
• Support AI experimentation, prototyping and rapid solution development.
• Design AI‑enabled workflows, automation and productivity enhancements.
• Create enablement materials, best‑practice guides and usage documentation.
• Collaborate with business, data and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Configure and support AI assistants, copilots and generative AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications via APIs.
• Monitor usage metrics, adoption rates and business impact.
• Provide training and guidance to users on effective AI utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–11+ years of experience in AI enablement, automation, analytics, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, generative AI and enterprise adoption practices.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Dataiku, Databricks or Vertex AI Workbench.
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Gemini for generative AI use cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform or Appian for low‑code automation.
• Ability to integrate AI services using REST APIs and manage authentication.
