AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and launch high‑impact AI and generative AI solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will work across the full AI lifecycle, turning business problems into production‑ready models and services while ensuring security, governance, and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning, AI, and GenAI solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Build and optimize models for deep learning, NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Create production‑grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval optimization, reranking, and prompt engineering.
• Develop scalable AI services with REST, gRPC, and event‑driven architectures.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices: containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, role‑based access control, encryption, and auditability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable AI solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software or technical engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Machine Learning and AI/ML engineering.
• Advanced Python development skills with practical deep‑learning experience.
