Airport Coordinator – Passenger Service

About the role

We are seeking an Airport Coordinator to lead daily airport operations and ensure an outstanding traveler experience. The role oversees validation processes, works closely with airport and customs authorities, and supports frontline teams to maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless and high-quality traveler experience.
• Supervise and support airport refund and validation teams, managing staffing, training and performance.
• Prepare shift schedules and guarantee continuous operational coverage.
• Coordinate with airport and customs authorities to maintain strong relationships and meet operational KPIs.
• Monitor operational performance, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Prevent refund errors, operational risks and fraudulent activities.
• Ensure kiosks, equipment and airport facilities are fully operational and maintained.
• Promote company branding standards, including signage and uniform compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality Assurance, Accounting and other internal stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to improve payment mix, customer service processes and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report operational risks or challenges.
