Alignment Engineer (Remote)

About the role

The Alignment Engineer will work remotely to help organisations improve their IT environments. You will conduct remote assessments, technical reviews and infrastructure optimisation, ensuring that client systems align with industry standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote standards and alignment reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain, update and retire client standards templates as technologies evolve.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of assigned client environments, systems and infrastructure.
• Review and keep client documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations and support best practices across client environments.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure through remote management activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support or a similar technology‑focused role.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
