Alternate Site Manager (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) leads day‑to‑day Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at a Southwest Asia installation, ensuring safe, efficient aircraft handling in a 24/7 austere environment. The ASM acts as the Site Manager’s authority when absent, maintaining operational continuity and compliance with all contractual and government requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce ZERO‑Harm workplace standards, flight line safety, FOD prevention, and tool control.
• Oversee aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure to meet Performance Work Statement objectives.
• Supervise, mentor and schedule personnel to sustain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and contingency operations.
• Inspect and audit work for compliance with Technical Orders, airfield procedures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, MOC, etc.) and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Required profile

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance or TAS.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in flight line environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of airfield safety requirements and applicable Technical Orders.
