Analyzer Technician (Level IV) – Jubail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Analyzer Technician (Level IV) to join our plant in Jubail. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting online process analyzers to ensure accurate measurements and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on online analyzers such as Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O₂ and Silica systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting on‑site or in the workshop, and ensure compliance with response time, accuracy, precision and MTBF specifications.
• Manage calibration standards, spare parts and consumables, and keep records of maintenance and calibration data.
• Collaborate with plant personnel, monitor performance trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with petrochemical or refinery online analyzer systems.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O₂ and Silica analyzers.
• Strong knowledge of analyzer shelter safety, sample handling, calibration procedures and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining high‑availability analyzer equipment.
