Ansible Automation Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Platform Engineer to join a leading banking organization in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enterprise automation, infrastructure reliability and secure deployment within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including Private Automation Hub.
• Design and develop Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation workflows for infrastructure and banking applications.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, deployments, and operational processes.
• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.
• Implement automation solutions following security, compliance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Develop validation/pre‑hook automation jobs and maintain automation documentation.
• Support container‑based automation environments using Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault and follow security best practices.
• Troubleshoot automation issues in mission‑critical banking environments.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Ansible automation and Linux administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• RHCE or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform certification is a plus.
