Application Engineer – HVAC Solutions

About the role

Systemair Saudi Arabia is looking for a motivated Application Engineer to support the sales team with technical expertise on HVAC products and solutions. You will work closely with customers, consultants and internal departments to ensure projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs and tender documents.
• Select HVAC equipment according to project needs and international standards.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and compliance statements.
• Generate technical submittals, datasheets and material submissions for consultant approval.
• Provide technical support during bidding, negotiation and project hand‑over.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, SMACNA, Eurovent and Saudi regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as an Application Engineer, HVAC Design Engineer, Sales Support Engineer or Technical Engineer.
• Proven experience preparing technical submittals and equipment selections.
• Familiarity with consultant approval processes and Saudi HVAC regulations.
