About the role

The Application Specialist will manage and support software applications for Benya, a Saudi-based technology company. This full‑time, on‑site role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications meet user and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support software applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve day‑to‑day application issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting, application testing, and identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align software with user needs and business requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proficient in application support and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience delivering technical support solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of IT systems and ability to integrate solutions effectively.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in ICT or digital transformation projects.
