Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our on‑site team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on handling incidents, troubleshooting applications, and ensuring smooth operation of our software services for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log incidents via email, ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) or phone, categorising them with the correct priority.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, resolve incidents, and assist with setup, survey design, conditional logic, and collector configuration.
• Escalate complex issues to Level‑2 support following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate incident status to clients and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to service level agreements and update knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in application support or a related IT role.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to read basic database logs and understand log files.
• Familiarity with standard ticketing systems and incident management processes.
