Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to maintain and improve mission‑critical software solutions used by organizations across North America. The role blends technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and hands‑on coding to resolve complex application issues and ensure reliable software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, translating technical issues into clear explanations.
• Investigate application problems by analyzing configurations, logs, code behavior, and business workflows.
• Read, debug, and modify production‑level C#/.NET code and React/TypeScript components.
• Configure and troubleshoot core application functionality, including business rules and environment‑specific settings.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams with full documentation and recommended next steps.
• Review software releases, validate cloud environments, and coordinate deployments with customers.
• Participate in rotating on‑call support for 24/7 customer assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify root causes across code, configuration, and environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
