Arabia GTM SHE Manager

About the role

The Arabia Go‑To‑Market (GTM) SHE Manager will lead Safety, Health, Environment and Security across Unilever's non‑manufacturing operations in the GCC. Reporting to the PTAB GTM SHE Manager, the role safeguards employees, contractors, visitors and logistics partners while driving the Zero Harm ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SHE and office security governance across GCC non‑manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with local laws, Unilever standards and internal registers.
• Manage office safety controls including fire safety, emergency response, evacuation drills, first‑aid, contractor and visitor management, and access control.
• Drive road‑safety programmes for sales teams, company vehicles and third‑party transporters, covering journey management, defensive driving, telematics, dash‑cam compliance, fatigue and speed management.
• Oversee third‑party logistics compliance, conducting audits, gap assessments and site inspections of warehousing and transportation providers and monitoring corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and learning deployment for office, road‑transport and logistics incidents, and develop regional compliance roadmaps.
• Partner with regional leadership, HR, supply chain, procurement, security, legal and external partners to embed SHE considerations into business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety, health, environment and security management within a multi‑country, non‑manufacturing context.
• Strong knowledge of GCC safety legislation and ability to align operations with corporate SHE standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in incident investigation and risk assessment.
