Arabic Speaking Senior Business Analyst – Digital Lending / Core Banking / Fintech

About the role

A fast-growing financial technology and digital banking environment in Saudi Arabia is looking for an Arabic-speaking Senior Business Analyst. You will own and drive product implementations for digital lending and banking platforms, acting as the bridge between clients, product teams and technology teams so that fintech solutions are delivered and adopted successfully. The role involves working closely with banks, fintech companies and financial services organisations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of digital lending products and the organisation's lending platforms.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders, producing Business Solution Documents, functional specifications, user stories, test cases, process workflows and more.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, customers and technology teams, and as the single point of contact for customers during implementation, managing deliverables, timelines and expectations.
• Work with developers and solution architects on knowledge transfer and implementation plans.
• Support digital lending platforms, loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS).
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including preparing scenarios and documentation, supporting end-users and validating solutions before go-live.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, credit, compliance and operations teams, and support system integrations and platform deployments.
• Contribute to process improvement and ensure platform adoption by business users and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech or digital financial services.
• Strong experience with Digital Lending platforms and Core Banking systems; exposure to LOS and LMS implementations.
• Experience on fintech implementation projects and in integration-heavy environments.
• Solid understanding of credit workflows, lending lifecycle, financial calculations and risk-driven processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination across business, product and technology teams.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services or fintech projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Engineering or a related field.
