Arabic‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

OpenText is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its high‑performing sales development centre. The role focuses on generating and qualifying B2B leads for OpenText’s cloud software solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing, social media and video outreach to target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Executives to develop territory strategies and nurture pipeline.
• Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by global campaigns and regional field marketing.
• Build an understanding of customer needs and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Support sales and solution consultant teams to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Achieve activity‑based metrics related to qualified pipeline creation, acceleration and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) and video engagement.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and business development.
• Energetic, tech‑savvy, motivated and creative.
• Career‑oriented individual seeking a quota‑carrying role with growth potential in sales, pre‑sales or solution consultancy.
