Architect – Building (Construction Supervision)

About the role

The Architect – Building will supervise and monitor architectural works throughout the construction phase, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements. The role supports delivery of complex building projects by maintaining architectural integrity, design intent and construction quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on‑site to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications and codes.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions and technical proposals with structural, MEP and interior teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections, track progress against programme and report non‑conformities.
• Manage architectural materials, finishes and façade systems, verifying installation against mock‑ups.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, inspection reports and corrective action records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or professional registration preferred.
• 8–12 years of architectural design and construction supervision experience, including at least 5 years on‑site consultancy for large‑scale buildings.
• Previous experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
