Architect CAD & Construction Documentation - Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves producing detailed architectural drawings, integrating electrical schematics and PCB layouts, and delivering complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver thorough documentation packages consistent with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout design tools.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi‑sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi‑document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating on remote, cross‑functional projects is a plus.
