Architect Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will design, plan and oversee the construction of innovative, sustainable buildings that meet client needs and comply with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs, plans and specifications for various building projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design specifications.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations to guarantee building safety and stability.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy‑efficient solutions into architectural plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in architectural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
