Architect

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Riyadh office. You will translate conceptual ideas into detailed designs, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, local regulations and high design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and produce detailed drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Prepare design documentation, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Coordinate with engineering, structural and MEP teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings, review technical specifications and ensure compliance with Saudi building codes.
• Review and incorporate local building regulations into design packages.
• Support design revisions and integrate architectural, structural and systems requirements in project deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in consultancy or multidisciplinary projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural design, technical drawings and basic construction documentation.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
