Architectural Assistant (Saudi National Only)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Assistant to support the design and execution of residential and commercial real‑estate projects. The position is open to Saudi nationals and offers the chance to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on dynamic development sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Coordinate architectural solutions with structural, MEP, interior design and other disciplines.
• Review consultant and contractor drawings, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0‑3 years of architectural design experience, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design software.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
