Architectural Engineer – Al Khobar

About the role

The firm is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Al Khobar office. The role involves leading the design and management of architectural projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be based in Al Khobar and hold a professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and design documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code, relevant regulations, and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver project requirements efficiently.
• Oversee project execution phases, from concept through construction, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Current residence in Al Khobar and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) with a valid professional classification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong experience in architectural design, planning, and project management.
• Familiarity with civil engineering and construction principles and the Saudi Building Code.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for architectural design, concept development, visualization, and rendering.
• Ability to integrate AI tools with standard architectural and design software in daily workflow.
• Competence in architectural design, visualization, and rendering software and tools.
