Architectural / Interior Designer

About the role

Awtad, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a creative Architectural / Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh. You will design innovative, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client needs, working with architects, clients and contractors to turn concepts into complete design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation for construction.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures that fit the design concept and offer cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during design and construction.
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and design standards.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
