About the role

The Area Director of Sales – KSA will drive sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, leading sales teams to achieve corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the KSA region, aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Lead and oversee sales teams across various properties in KSA.
• Identify and develop key relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities within the KSA market.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, revenue metrics, and market data to make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns supporting sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Makkah and Madinah.
• Demonstrated area or corporate sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
