Area Manager – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead a portfolio of specialty coffee shops in Riyadh. The role combines operational oversight, financial management and brand stewardship to drive growth and consistency across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several coffee shops, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop Store Managers, fostering high performance and exceptional customer service.
• Analyse financial reports, manage budgets and implement strategies to maximise revenue and control costs.
• Maintain the highest coffee quality, beverage preparation and presentation standards.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience, handling feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, supply‑chain logistics and supplier relationships to minimise waste.
• Guarantee compliance with local health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback and support store teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑site management, preferably as an Area or Cluster Manager in specialty coffee or premium hospitality.
• Deep passion and knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Riyadh.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
