Area Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead and oversee day‑to‑day operations across our retail stores in Saudi Arabia, covering locations between Riyadh and Jeddah. The role requires a Saudi national with 7‑8 years of retail or brand‑management experience to drive sales, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store performance, sales targets and profitability, and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance with SOPs, KSA regulations and brand standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and supply‑chain teams to optimise product availability and visual‑merchandising.
• Track customer KPIs (NPS, reviews, complaints) and provide data‑driven insights for improvement.
• Support new store openings, expansion projects and local brand‑building initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop store managers and frontline teams, managing attrition and staff retention.
• Identify and manage partnerships with institutions, schools and colleges to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 7‑8 years of retail operations or brand‑management experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi retail market and customer preferences.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑location operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
