Area Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead our Saudi Arabia operations from Jeddah. The role will drive sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction for BanoPuratos’ premium bakery, pastry and chocolate ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned area, aligning with global direction.
• Set annual sales targets, cascade them to teams and monitor performance across all channels (artisan, industrial, retail, key accounts).
• Manage and grow large/key accounts, negotiate agreements and increase product penetration.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Monitor competitive activities, pricing trends and market dynamics, proposing actions to protect market position.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including sales, logistics, distribution and customer service to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocks.
• Prepare data‑driven sales and performance reports for senior management.

• Proven ability to provide full leadership and strategic oversight of a sales area.
• Track record of delivering sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance, risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with key accounts.
