Arena Experience Designer (Supervising Associate/Assistant Director)

About the role

This unique opportunity is to shape a leading Arabic‑first, AI‑enabled experience design capability across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role combines strategic thinking, creative excellence and hands‑on execution, leading the design of physical, digital, immersive and hybrid experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into compelling experience strategies and design solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end experiences across physical, digital, immersive and hybrid environments using human‑centered design and design thinking.
• Leverage AI, emerging technologies and innovative approaches to create differentiated client value.
• Personally create and oversee outputs in graphic design, brand storytelling, executive presentations, workshop visualization, UX/UI prototyping, product and service design, motion graphics, event and exhibition design, spatial and environmental design, and immersive 360° environments.
• Develop original Arabic‑first experiences, applying advanced Arabic typography, RTL principles and bilingual design for Saudi and GCC audiences.
• Provide creative direction, engage with C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders, and mentor team members to build design capability.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of multidisciplinary design, creative direction or innovation experience.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership from concept through execution.
• Experience designing across digital, physical, experiential and immersive mediums, preferably in consulting or design agencies.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English with demonstrated Arabic‑first design capability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design‑related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
