Art Director

About the role

Florose is seeking a talented Art Director to own and evolve the visual identity across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to in‑store experiences. This hands‑on leadership position will translate marketing goals into premium, cohesive visual concepts that reflect the elegant world of Florose.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own visual direction for campaigns, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives across digital, social, print, and physical experiences.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong creative concepts, mood boards, and art direction.
• Supervise and direct video editors, reviewing cuts and guiding look, pacing, and quality of all video content.
• Oversee color treatment and grading of video output to ensure a consistent, premium, on‑brand appearance.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, including defined color and grading standards for video.
• Lead and mentor graphic designers, video editors, and external creatives, providing clear feedback.
• Art‑direct photoshoots and video productions, collaborating with photographers, videographers, stylists, and production teams.
• Partner with marketing, social, and product teams to deliver creative that supports business goals.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high creative bar.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or senior design, preferably in retail, e‑commerce, lifestyle, luxury, or agency environments.
• Saudi national (position designated for a Saudi national).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating refined visual taste, brand thinking, and campaign work across static and video content.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) preferred.

Required skills

• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of video editing and color‑grading tools such as Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and composition.
