Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

Elbetron Technologies is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop and improve production-oriented AI solutions, including AI assistants, RAG systems, NLP, AI analytics, and intelligent automation. The role focuses on building robust AI/ML models and integrating them into enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs or local models.
• Build and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Design prompt‑engineering and structured‑output workflows.
• Handle embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Integrate AI models with backend applications.
• Develop AI features for enterprise applications.
• Evaluate model performance and accuracy.
• Improve AI security, reliability, and reduce hallucinations.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Linux.
• Understanding of Docker is an advantage.
• Experience with local or open‑source LLMs is a plus.
