Assistant Engineer – Engineering Support

About the role

The Assistant Engineer will support engineering and operational activities within a petroleum‑focused environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assist in technical analysis, data management, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and engineering data.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support engineering studies, design reviews, and project evaluations.
• Maintain accurate project records and engineering documentation.
• Utilize software tools for calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of petroleum engineering principles.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
