Assistant Head Butler

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for an exceptional Assistant Head Butler to support the Head Butler in delivering Forbes Five‑Star service across its luxury villas. This role ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head Butler in supervising daily Butler team operations.
• Deliver intuitive, personalised service to villa guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate guest requests, preferences, and bespoke experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, Spa, Concierge, and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee villa preparation, turndown service, and in‑room amenities to maintain impeccable presentation.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery discreetly and professionally.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the Butler team to uphold Forbes Five‑Star standards.
• Maintain accurate guest preference profiles for future personalisation.
• Conduct quality inspections of villas prior to guest arrival.
• Assist with scheduling, task allocation, and operational planning for the Butler team.
• Support VIP arrivals, celebrations, and special in‑villa experiences.
• Act as primary point of contact in the Head Butler’s absence, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in luxury butler service, guest relations, or villa operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high‑end hospitality environment.
